Follow this link through Instapundit's site to David Broder's article discussing the impact partisan gerrymandering is having on democracy. Tom Delay's tactics in Texas are not unique to him or the Republicans, but rather than allowing a "wink-wink", tit-for-tat campaign to 'divide up the country', we the people, should call for an end to this practice.
