As with most things, there are two sides to the outsourcing issue. And, as with most things, it's often difficult to find the 'other side' - especially when one political party is using the negative side as a campaign issue. Here's a press release from Rep. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. The same can be said if it sounds too bad.
